Every horse in our herd carries a different story.
Some once lived wild. Others came through domestic working lives or experienced changes that shaped who they are today. At Unbridled Wild Connections, they are valued not for what they can do, but for who they are—and for the relationships they freely choose to build.
Sundance Kid
AKA "Sunny"
Sunny is a once-wild mustang who roamed Nevada’s Fish Creek range for the first five years of his life, carrying the quiet wisdom of the wild into every connection.
JC Good Friday
AKA "Freddie"
Freddie is a domestic, foundation-bred Quarter Horse with steady roots and a gentle presence.
Apollo
AKA "Mr. Blue for You"
Apollo is a domestic Percheron–Quarter Horse cross whose journey began in the Amish community.
Atlas
Currently In-Training
Atlas is a once-wild bay roan mustang from Wyoming’s Little Colorado Herd Management Area. After spending more than two years in holding and being passed over many times, he arrived carrying the marks of an already-resilient life. Thoughtful, steady, and deeply curious, Atlas is learning that trust and connection can unfold without pressure.
Suede
Currently In-Training
Suede is a young, sooty buckskin mustang from Wyoming’s Adobe Town Herd Management Area. He arrived cautious and underweight, often looking to his older companion for confidence—but beneath that uncertainty is a playful and curious spirit. As he grows, we are giving him the time and space to discover trust at his own pace.
Kairos
Currently In-Training
Kai is a once-wild mustang from Utah’s Conger Mountain region. He spent the first six years of his life on the range, where he was rounded up and released multiple times. After passing through several homes, Kai has finally found his way to our farm—where he’s learning to trust, rest, and connect at his own pace.
